Hands-free Calling
Bluetooth® wireless technology is not available on all models.
If you have a mobile phone with Bluetooth wireless technology, you can use your Navman as a hands-free car kit.
Models with Bluetooth capabilities can exchange information over a distance of about 10 metres (30 feet) without
requiring a physical connection. For complete list of supported phones, visit
support.navman.com
Note: Before you can use Bluetooth for the first time, you must pair your mobile phone with your Navman. Then each time you use it,
you must ensure that the Bluetooth wireless feature on your mobile phone is turned on before you begin pairing.
Pairing your Navman with a Bluetooth mobile phone
1. Tap OK.
2. Your Navman will search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Ensure your mobile phone has Bluetooth turned on and
is in discoverable mode (see your mobile phone user manual for more information).
The Select a device screen will display a list of nearby Bluetooth devices.

3. Select your mobile phone from the list of local Bluetooth devices.
The Pairing with phone screen will display.
4. Tap Pair to connect your Navman with your mobile phone.
The About phone screen will display.
If you are prompted for a passkey or device PIN, enter 1234 (see your mobile phone user manual for
more information).
5. When prompted, enter the same passkey on your mobile phone to establish a connection.
6. Tap OK.
The Phone Menu screen will display.
Note: When you pair your mobile phone with your Navman, a connection is established between them. You can then disconnect or
reconnect your mobile phone by tapping or on the Navman Setup screen.
Making a phone call using the Phone Dialler screen
1. Enter the number you want to call.
2. Tap
to place the call.
Tap
to mute the call.
Tap
to end or cancel the call.
